War Against Federal Tyranny And The Misapplication of Income Tax

We The People, fighting to return America to rule of law under the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. A Time To Reflect

Today is the 229th anniversay of this country's proclaimed independence from the reach of King George III. A move away from unrepresented taxation; from an unjust system of governance.

A personal tradition of mine since the release of it, is to watch the movie The Patriot starring Mel Gibson at least once during the week of July 4th. And even though it is a screenplay, a fiction based on real times and events, seeing the suffering within it helps me to reflect on the meaning of Independence Day - The Fourth of July.

In my view, we as a population have lost all sight of the suffering and blood spilling our forefathers endured to secure this great experiment. They did so for themselves, for their posterity and for those immigrant families who would find their way to America later (legally!). We have no direct emotional hook to these "old times" all but forgotten by today's 40 something and older generations and for the most part unlearned by today's youth. Oh yes, there are those who have served in and survived past wars and several military conflicts that remember the horrors of fighting, extend patriotism and love for country and thank God for them. My point is, we as a nation, in general, drift ever farther from the original hard fought "old times" of liberty.

We as a population no longer realize the importance of or even know what our God given rights are. Let alone the fierce fighting and deep sacrifices suffered to secure those rights. Well over two hundred years ago, America, "We The People of the United States in Order to form a more perfect union...", fought and died for what was to become the greatest experiment of mankind on God's green Earth - the united States of America.

I believe that if we were better educated by less propagandistic, nongovernment schools, less influenced by slanted media, better read and harder to mislead by fast talking politicians and more emotionally attuned to the bloodshed and suffering our forefathers experienced with undying and true patriotism - we would:

Not allow any 9-11s to occur without getting to ALL the indisputable facts and without charges of treason being brought against members of our government when found to be involved and/or covering their or others involvement.

Not allow political lifers in any office except as constitutionally guaranteed.

Not allow the repeal of the 22th Amendment as has been recently suggested again and that GeeDubya would love to see. (The last time this was brought up was in the 80's under Reagan [he wanted the repeal]).

Not allow silence to be OK or at all tolerable when we ask our elected or appointed officials or government employees valid questions nor allow misleading demagoguery in answer to them.

Not allow our Congress to fold on their duty to be the ONLY body that declares war and for all the right reasons and not ceding in any way that authority to the president.

Not allow a president to arbitrarily intervene militarily in civil wars outside our borders nor commit preemptive strikes on any other nation without Congress officially declaring war and only after meaningful, adequate and publicly open debate.

Not allow constitution-destroying legislation such as Patriot Act I and II to be passed under ANY circumstances.

Not allow the U.S. Supreme Court to rule against medical marijuana (or any other) use thus usurping the rights, determinations and laws of 10 of our states.

Not sit idly by and watch the high court sign away our property rights.

Not allow ANYONE to be a member of public office whom was found to belong to the CFR, Trilateral Commission, Skull and Bones or other "fraternaties" of secretive, power wielding, "One World Order" mongering agendas who seek to influence policy not in the best interest of the People and frankly, take over this nation.

Not allow ANY interference from those without America to have ANY right or say in the policies within America (including the groups listed above, the UN and others).

Not allow ANY judicial improprieties or appellant abuses without the offending judge facing charges before a special grand jury (J.A.I.L.).

Not allow a wealth-transferring income tax or any income tax without census and equality - that is - everyone pays an equal amount or no one one pays any amount - and -

Not allow any deviation from the Declaration of Independence or U.S. Constitution by anyone no matter the political rhetoric of miscreance that may fill the air.

This list is far from complete but it adds credence to evidence of usurpation of power and the ongoing destruction of the U.S. Constitution (at an amazingly accerated rate now) and what corrections WE need to make and actions we need to take. The Constitution is only a piece of parchment with 4543 words (as unamended) written in now faded ink. It cannot in and of itself preserve itself or this republican form of government. (That's right we have a REPUBLICAN form of government! Stop call us a DEMOCRACY - WE ARE NOT ONE!) The Constitution can have no effect on men unless they, we, take our founding documents to heart and fight like hell to keep them the supreme law of the land. To keep this nation under the rule of law - not the rule of men.

Believe it or not, it is crunch time in America. "We The People" must wake up, detect the ever-nearing takeover of America by the financially powerful, power hungry, "one-worlders". "We the People" must take massive, corrective actions to cure these ills and slay the beast. - OR - we can simply pop another beer, eat a few more chips, watch another TV show and continue to ignore, deny and stay unaware of the liberty choking noose tighting around our necks.

If you are unsure if you want to get involved or how to get yourself involved for the sake of your future and that of your posterity: Watch The Patriot and realize that we are allowing all of the bloody suffering of our forefathers go for naught. Imagine that those men were YOUR relatives - YOUR father, YOUR brother killed or even YOU battered and bloody. Pull your emotions together into your heart. Experience the pain, the sadness, then get angry DAMNIT! Get angry that we as a nation are letting unscrupulous power mongers destroy this nation - one vote, one signature, one ruling at a time. Get off your ass and do something positive, something nonviolent, yet powerful, to help sustain "We The People" while we still have a sliver of hope in these waning hours. See to it that YOU, WE, constrain our government to its constitutional limitations; within the rule of law.

Join a patriot group, attend a patriots' rally, attend a patriots' meeting (and NO, not a government sponsored one!), read the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, get yourself to Freedom Roast 2005 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in August to rub shoulders and express productive ideas with like-minded folks! (Check back with me for the exact date this year.) Be sure you get yourself armed NOW and trained in the use of them just in case our peaceful efforts of restoring America don't succeed. Do not allow America to become dominated by the tyrants who are already upon us and who would have your sons and daughters fight in the name of the "war on terrorism" while they line their personal pockets with gold as a result and simultaneously whittling your rights down to the bone as you sit in your Barcalounger and watch your favorite rerun of Friends.

Honestly, YOUR kids, YOUR posterity depend of YOU, ME, US now, to fight off these captiously speaking, modern day, pied pipers of diabolical intent.

Happy Independence Day! I pray that you reflect upon its true meaning for "We The People" not just today but every day.
