Doug Kenline is right about the "blackout". Since I started paying attention to what's being reported in the press here in Minnesota several years ago, I've experienced the same lack of openness and extremely slanted "news" coverage. The other day, upon hearing about the Vernie Kuglin win against the IRS, I immediately emailed the news editor for the Minneapolis Star Tribune about it, asked him politely if he would report this important case and gave him a link so he could read up on it. Need I say that not one drop of ink has ever been printed about it and never will be? But they did report about the misguided ex-cop here who was convicted of failure to file and tax evasion by the state of Minnesota a few days ago.

We CANNOT allow ourselves and the public at large to rely on the general press and the likes of ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX to tell us the truth or even tell us what IS happening. This is precisely why I believe we need to blog, build an email network to pass news and info, talk to anyone and everyone who will listen while we plant the seeds of freedom, study as much as we can about the tax systems, our throttled constitution, how government is supposed to work, the laws, etc. (knowledge is power!) and help those in the tax and freedom movement anyway we can, whenever we can.

Spreading the word far and wide in favor of the abolition of the current tax system and IRS, the return of our freedoms and government to EXACTLY as it is expressed in the U.S. Constitution and to the rights we are all guaranteed by same is so important and must be done for our children and grandchildren! That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it. Print that!
