Gerald Klaas
brings to light a good question about the powers of the federal government in his blog today. It seems to me that unless the cannabis in question is illegally imported across national borders, shipped interstate or perhaps produced on federal land - the feds have nothing to say about it. But hey, they seem to get involved in any and all issues of the states whenever they feel like it - except when to do so would injure them or reveal their everyday acts of fraud to the public.
