I'm studying up on the
so called "fair tax" (H.R. 25) that if passed would repeal the subtitle A, B and C taxes from USC Title 26. The first year would have a rate of about 23% and after the first year a rate of 14.91%. This new taxing system would have to be passed by way of an amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I can't make up my mind if this is a ruse or a legitimate chance for us to stave off the power elite. I have emailed some of you for your comments and look forward to hearing from any other folks. Thanks!
