Rose Lear I disagree
with you about your opinion of Bill O'Reilly. I'm not typically into name calling BUT with Bill O'Reilly I make an exception! He is not a political mouthpiece. You are much too kind. Pardon the passionate language but he is a self serving asshole posing as someone who cares about real issues. Feel free to add words to the front or back as necessary.

Congress is currently engaged in a titanic struggle to expand Medicare
to include prescription drug coverage. The legislative provisions,
which run 2,000 pages, would create a massive new $400 billion
entitlement program, grafting it onto the already overburdened
Medicare system without enacting any structural reforms to modernize
Medicare and ensure its solvency for future generations of Americans.

If enacted, this would be the single largest entitlement expansion
since the Great Society, and it would impose an overwhelming new debt
burden on our country and on our children and grandchildren. We need
your help today to stop this ill-conceived plan. Please click here
http://www.cagw.org/site/R?i=anUKyeoZwtixNQlxj6Xdtw.. to tell your
and Senators that you oppose this massive new $400 billion

My Apologies ....
to the caller this afternoon (around 4pm Central). He called me on my cell phone and I was having a little trouble hearing all that he said. I got most of it though. And to make it worse, my phone dropped the call. I didn't have a chance to get the phone number except I think the area code was 720. Please email me with your name and number and I'll return your call. Sorry for the abrupt end to the call but that's the way my darn phone acts sometimes.

Another chink in the armor but we cannot break!
Dick Simkanin after months in prison awaiting a trial has come to an agreement with the feds in his case. In light of Mr Simkanin's agreement with federal despots, this is a sad and disappointing day for us in the tax freedom movement. While I don't like the outcome in this case I cannot fault Mr. Simkanin for his decision. He was the one in prison not me. It was his case and circumstance specifically - not mine.

I'm convinced that if they want to waste their time with this little piss ant Minnesotan, they can have me and feed me for the rest of my life if they choose. Make all the noise in the press that they want. Not that I want to be a martyr but once again I feel like we owe our children and grandchildren a better future. We owe them the servant government that the federal and state constitutions guarantee them. We owe them a truthful history lesson. If going to prison helps this cause in some way, then so be it. It must be done. BUT WE MUST NOT BREAK!

Lord, I pray not, but more than ever, I sense that violence may be the only way to get the attention of the federal machine so they know that WE THE PEOPLE mean business! They better fix these problems NOW! We are not fooling around! And it may be just around the corner.

It really pisses me off that there could be so many of our fellow(?) citizens fighting FOR the cause of this tyranny. WAKE THE F___ UP, PEOPLE! I can see the ever-corrupt politicians raping us because they are a different breed and most often criminal. But with the help of your next door neighbors who work for them? That's cause to be angry and damn disappointed.

My question to my fellow freedom fighting patriots is this: How do we get the truth out to larger numbers and at a faster rate? It would seem imperative that we do so.

By the way, when the opening shots of the second revolution begin, and I fear they will, at whom should we be aiming first? It would seem like the list is getting ever bigger and uglier.

How is it that someone as gutty as you doesn't report on the ever growing tax freedom movement. It's important that the people get the truth because they've been duped! I'm sure that folks like Bob Schulz, Larken Rose, Joe Banister, John Turner, Irwin Shiff would love the opportunity to tell you the truth. Are YOU afraid to report this truth, O'Reilly?

Downer Syndrome....
still appears to be making its rounds through the blogger neighborhood. My term for the sort of "down in the dumps, pondering life, current, past and future conditions and I don't exactly know why I feel like this or how long it will last" funk. I know I had it, Gene Chapman had it, I think one or two at the Goodyear's household may have had it. Now after reading his blogging, it seems that Doug Kenline has got it.

Thank God we're a hardy bunch! We do beat this insidious mental bug and we continue to battle with the tyrannical government(s).

To All Who Are Hoping For A Change
Today I had the opportunity(?) to watch a tape of the presidential debate by the Democratic hopefuls this past Thursday. I'm sorry to report (as if you didn't already know) the status quo rhetoric is entirely intact. The same mindless drivel and meaningless bickering prevailed. Once the cuts are made through the convention process, the most unfortunate thing about future "all party" debates is that the independent, change-minded candidates are rarely included (by design) so that the general public will rarely if ever get a chance to hear the clear views of the true reformists among us. And of course, we all know the entire slant of campaign financing by the federal government. Tell me how much do the big guys get and how much do the little guys get again?

Keeping the public ignorant and covering up of "other views" is aided and abetted by the media as usual. You know what I mean. The "fair and balanced" reporting we have all come to know. I remember one day I was listening to Michael Medved, national talk radio host. My mistake. You see Mr. Medved was busy jumping all over someone for voting outside of the Democratic or Republican party because he was just wasting his vote. The person that HE chose to vote for with HIS vote would never get in. How condescending and insulting! Excuse me but in my view, your vote belongs to you! The only right thing to do is to vote your mind, heart and conscience. Your vote is NEVER wasted! Gee, Mr. Medved, when the day comes (and it will) that enough wasted votes fall into the same wasted column and happen to vote new blood in and a status quo yuk out, what will that make your vote, hmmmm?

I remember being where you are - that is - expecting a child. And I remember the process of pondering names. I always felt that the baby could be either a boy or a girl and we could name it Boulevard Shagnasty Paulson. Now I wouldn't do that to any of my children but the point is - I DIDN'T CARE! I just asked God to give us a rosy, healthy baby in good working order and all the right parts. In the end, I never felt like the rest really mattered. And we were truly blessed four times. It is fun to discuss all of the possible names and combinations though and prepare for the new arrivals. God Bless You All :-)

To Rosemary Starcher
I am really curious about this"tolling" document. And I am particularly interested to know if that document actually says ".....between Rosemary P. Starcher ( "Starcher" ) and the United States of America, by and through its counsel, the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California \ "this Office" ) ." I can see it saying "United States" I cannot imagine it saying "United States of America". I am not a lawyer but I am of the belief that there is a jurisdiction issue here at the least and your constitutional rights are surely at risk of being run over if you agree to something like this. But if this document DOES say "United States of America" I think I would get to Supreme Law for clear and comprehensive documentation on jurisdiction between "we in the several states" and the "federal zone".
