Maybe America IS Waking Up A Little!

An article published Friday on World Net Daily indicates that the American population may be waking up! Finally, we are seeing the surge of energy that will surely help pass of the South Dakota Judicial Accountability Initiative, a powerful effort of concerned South Dakotans and J.A.I.L. For Judges organization to bring the judiciary back into compliance with the state and federal constitutions and help eliminate judicial activism and malfeasance.

South Dakotans are making national history with this proposed legislation. And it WILL be passed by the Citizens of that state in November '06.

Most Americans see 'judicial activism' crisis

Gee, even the lawyers (ABA) seemed surprised by the poll.
