Ron Branson of J.A.I.L. 4 Judges on CNN

J.A.I.L. 4 Judges will get another shot of national attention when Ron Branson appears on CNN Sunday November 5th at 4PM Eastern.

A few states will be voting on initiatives to make judges accountable for their actions and/or other government limiting measures this election season. Many people tend to confuse these measures to mean that judges should answer to every whim of the people including those who may have been convicted at some point. Nothing could be further from the truth!

When a judge violates your rights to due process, denies you adequate ability to defend yourself by introducing your practical evidence or witnesses, acts outside of the US or state constitutions, he or she needs to be held accountable. That is far different from suggesting that each and everything they rule on is susceptible to a lawsuit.

I don't know any rational person who wants to see judges not have immunity for their rulings; be secure in their rulings and be independent. But I also know of no rational person who wants to be abused by a wayward judge with his/her own ulterior motives or agenda. That kind of abuse must stop for we cannot tolerate a judiciary that will not serve the people independently and fairly according to the constitution and the law.

Opponents of the judicial accountability measure in South Dakota are making charges that county board members, city council members, librarians, even jurors will be subject to lawsuits against them for decisions they make. For God's sake! Doesn't anyone know how to tell the truth anymore?

And who are the people opposed to the South Dakota measure? The judges and lawyers of course. Oh, and lest I forget to also mention each and every congressman and senator in the state are on the opposition list. Go figure. They are telling empty, shameless lies to the people who they serve in order to maintain their untouchable syndicate of rule.

And that is why America, in every state and at the federal level needs judicial accountability. They can no longer be trusted to do what is right every time. We the People need to rein in the judges and jurists so that they act and rule within the bounds of the federal and state constitutions and the law.

It is all mind boggling at times but I know that when you have listened to Ron Branson on CNN at 4PM Eastern Sunday November 5th, you will know precisely why we need to have judicial accountability and how the proposed amendment will solve our plight.

What's the Bid Deal About Illegal Immigration?

That's the question I keep getting asked in Minnesota

It just galls me to know that a sizeable share of Minnesotans see no harm with the illegal immigrants slipping into America and of course moving north into Minnsota too. Just where and when did we lose all sense of what is right and wrong; what is ethical and unethical?

Frankly, I'm tired of being labeled the "bad guy" when I express my desire to send each and everyone of them back to their respective countries. That includes Mexico!
The anchor babies just aren't a good excuse for their illegal immigrant parents to stay here. The solution then is to send the parents back, baby and all.

Now some are going to call me cruel, inhumane, blah blah blah. But I have absolutely no time for those whose very first act in America was a criminal one. NONE! And the fact that they have blended into society and work and have babies, doesn't change my view. They broke the law! No amnesty, no social free ride, no job, go home! These people need to be rounded up, detained until deported but nevertheless deported as soon as possible.

For those who are awaiting acceptance and processing through INS, once processed, Come on down! You are the next contestant on the Fraudulent Federal Tax O Rama!

Canada's Got It Right - Ay?

It appears like at least a part of Canada has gotten the illegal alien issue right. Like Nancy Reagan, they have just said "NO!". So the illegals will be inconvenienced (oh shucks) as Ottawa cleans up it's illegal immigrant problem and will stand on principle that not even a small number of illegals is agreeable. They also said that allowing even one illegal immigrant to stay is unfair to those who are legally on waiting lists for their chance to enter into Ottawa.

Now if we as a country can come together and demand that the CaC (Crooks and Corrupted) in Washington pass similar legislation - first thing after they reconvene!

Vote YES On Amendment E!

This past weekend, I and a few other Minnesotans traveled down to South Dakota, specifically Sioux Falls to help South Dakota Judicial Accountability (http://sdja.net) campaign for Amendment E (J.A.I.L. Amendment) which will amend the state constitution to provide much needed judicial accountability. Amendment E will be decided in this Nov 7th election.

SDJA sponsored the eye opening movie America: Freedom to Fascism. We took turns manning a table of Amendment E literature adjacent the theater entry and answered questions and corrected misunderstandings that the opposition has shamelessly invented and fed the people. For example: If Amendment E is passed, jurors could be sued by the felons they have convicted. Oh brother! What a crock! Jurors have never been without immunity. This fact won't change with or without Amendment E. But astonishingly, people actually believe this drivel! We hope we convinced a few more people and I think we did.

This historical amendment, if passed, will once and for all stop the acts of judges who cross the line into criminal activity or deny defendant rights, deny evidence that would hlep a defendant, stall trials and outcomes unnecessarily and fail to honor and act within their sworn oaths. South Dakota will become the poster child for judicial accountability and lead the way for the rest of us to pass similar measures in our own states.

Now for an earnest plea. South Dakota Judicial Accountability needs to make one last push on the TV through out South Dakota this week but they find themselves in dire need of funding. Unfortunately, it takes a pile of money to fight for what's right. My plea is that each reader will send a donation quickly (TODAY OR TUESDAY!) to help SDJA slam the door on the opposition. Please use your credit card and make a generous donation online at SDJA.Net OR mail check or money order to SDJA, PO Box 412, Tea, South Dakota 57064 Please make your donation TODAY!

This will be the first of many significant measures we need to see through in this country to start returning America to her rightful owners. That is why it is so important to support South Dakota Judicial Accountability right now. They are blazing the trail for ALL of us. That includes, you and me.
