Bad day for some or given up on freedom?
I recently sent the following email out to a number of the blogospere regulars for their reaction to it and the link attached.
WOW! I got only a few responses and of those some very mixed responses. I guess it just wasn't as I expected but then that's just my opinion.
"
This is what I believe needs to be done in order to restore our
constitution, government and legal system. What these guys want
to do is the start of the cure - starting at the root of the problem without which all legal arguments are moot even if you ARE totally correct! http://heneghanwebb2004.com Please correct me if I'm wrong. Take care, Jim Paulson"
Maybe I am wrong but I believe we have two major choices to make in due course. Either we find candidates who are daring and independent enough to repeal the many freedom hampering and constitution crippling eecutive orders so that we may have our U.S. Constitution back along with all of the rights we are afforded - OR - pick up our arms, congregate, make our plans and start the second revolution.
I think it is absolutely 100% commendable that the folks like Bob Schultz, Larken Rose, Irwin Schiff, Lynn Meredith, Dick Simkanin and so many others are fighting the good fight on the web, in the media and in the courts. The problem is, though, that we are living in a declared state of emergency (Executive Orders 2039, 2040, et. al) and as such our beloved Constitution has been suspended. We are only given a mere appearance of our consititutionally guaranteed rights UNLESS we loudly resist the IRS, DOJ, power elite _________ (you can fill in the blank). Then we see quite a different picture.
Remember the last Simkanin "trial". Did anyone see much or any due process there for Dick? Did anyone notice that the judge in that trial made damn sure that he railroaded Simkanin by not affording him his right (according to the Constitution) to a fair trial?
You see, you can have the best thought out, researched argument in the world backed by volumes of past court decisions, statutes at large, documents, affidavits, etc. but as long as our Constitution is in suspension, we are in a declared national emergency and the money is controlled by a few bankers instead of Congress, you stand a better chance in hell of getting what is right and just than you do in a federal OR state court house today.
So just in case you missed it, here is that website to check out again for the further evaluation and thought I hope you give it! It is our only true peaceful hope, I believe. But then that's just my opinion.
