For the first time in Minnesota history......

the state government has shut down due to the absolute ineptitude of our elected state politicians.

I imagine that all states are similar in that in the course of state government politics it all has NOTHING to do with what's in the best interest of "we the people". They don't care about "we the people" so long as tax revenues keep coming in to feed the monster and to provide them the easy life. The "elected elite" here only care about who comes out ahead after months of childlike bickering among themselves and how long can they fool the public-at-large so they get to keep their jobs and stay on the gravytrain without really accomplishing ANYTHING!

Today's politicians see themselves as the sovereigns, the government as the sovereign. They have forgotten that it is "WE THE PEOPLE" who are sovereign and master of the governments. They have forgotten that upon election, THEY ARE PUBLIC SERVANTS. They have forgotten that they are in public service for the greater good to perform the will of the people. They have forgotten their simple-to-understand, yet powerful and restraining oath of office. They claim sovereign immunity when an attempt to hold them accountable comes to court. They are not working for us and couldn't care less about us. Do you REALLY think they are going to legislate in OUR interest? Are you naive enough to believe that they will legislate according to state and federal constitutions at the cost of administrative law? It isn't just the U.S. supreme Court that is making waves of an unconstitutional manner either. Why even the Minnesota supreme Court has forgotten to read the laws and follow state and federal constitutions. These days, even the "high" court has succumbed to assumptions of law rather than fact of law in favor of the preservation of "the good of the State" instead of the preservation of known constitutional restraints.

I absolutely do not agree with violent means to an end. But no longer would I condemn someone who took it upon themselves to eliminate elected officials at all levels and branches of government known to have forgotten their oaths and as a statement that "we the people" want our damn cities, counties, states and OUR America back! I simply couldn't condemn such person(s). Perhaps that is what will become of America in the end. I just hope I am no longer here to see it. I truly pity our posterity.

To the governor, legislators and judiciary in the republic of Minnesota, this Independence Day weekend is THE appropriate time to reflect on who are the REAL sovereigns of this state and who are the public servants.

Will get "his" after the totally unconstitutional ruling the Supremes handed down the other day pertaining to the "taking" of our land and property by a city for private use, corporate development, etc.

Perhaps this will lead to swift, accountable and blinded justice on one David Souter for breaking his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.

While this would in fact be sweet justice and a stern warning to those on the bench who dare to ignore the Constitution, we still need to push for the J.A.I.L. Initiative! And they need your help and/or contributions! Let's dig in and Git-R-Done! The petitition to get J.A.I.L. on the ballot in the South Dakota elections in 2006 is moving forward. A big push is on and J.A.I.L. will have a presence at the annual motorcycle rally in Sturgis, S. Dak. and at Freedom Roast 2005 just outside of Sioux Falls, S. Dak.. Both events are held in August. They need all of the volunteers they can find to help collect signatures on this petition. You do not need to be a South Dakota citizen to help gather signatures!

The People Asserting Justice on The Justices

A petition is being emailed around the internet to have the 5 U.S. supreme Court justices who voted to affirm a city's right to take your land/home in favor of a private land developer. Oh and of course you are assured market value for your land. What isn't clear with this obvious unconstitutional land grab is at whose "market value" will you be compensated - that is IF you want to move in any event. Or might they just "condemn" your house and land, remove you and take it?

It is one thing to a "taking" of property upon just compensation for public use but it is inconceivable that the "supremes" could have actually voted in the affirmative in this case.

Clearly this is a disaster to all land and home owners. It is not about politics either. Any one of us could now be subject to this kind of confiscatory behavior! I hope you will inform EVERYONE you know and ask them to sign this petition to impeach these apparent communists!

If You Know Anyone In So Dak

... please get the facts on the J.A.I.L. Initiative that is currently being brought to the South Dakota residents for their signature on a petition. We need EVERYONE to help in any way they can on this history making event. 40,000 signatures are needed by October of this year in order to get this on the ballot in the November 2006. Please contact ANYONE you know in South Dakota, let them know how important J.A.I.L. Initiative is and get them to sign a petition. Petitions are available from Bill Stegmeier. Also, ground troops are needed to help with this petition drive throughout the state. The only qualifications for obtaining signatures is that you are 18 or older; from ANY state (so says the South Dakota Secretary of State).

And finally, I hope to see and meet a lot of you at Freedom Roast 2005 in August in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The exact date is yet to be determined so please stay tuned for details.
