J.A.I.L. Makes Inrows in South Dakota
After a great deal of work by Bill Stegmeier and the Branson's, J.A.I.L. has made significant headway in South Dakota. A petition drive will be underway immediately to capture the names of 40,000 South Dakotans of voting age to insure that the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law will be put to a vote in the November 2006 election. Help is needed with this petition drive! PLEASE contact Bill Stegmeier if you are able to help out! You must be 18 but you need not be a citizen of South Dakota!
The J.A.I.L. Initiative would amend the South Dakota Constitution to assure a system is in place to keep judges within their proper function and not allow them to prejudice a case by word or deed, "legislate from the bench" or perform other judicial anomalies without being held accountable by the people of the great state of South Dakota. Three strikes and the judges is out! Once in place, this initiative will begin to bring the judiciary of the state back into conformity with the South Dakota constitution and law. J.A.I.L. Initiative should begin to spread like wildfire all across America with a few cases under its belt. If you're want to learn more about J.A.I.L., Click Here.
This is certainly a step in the right direction to reshackle our government bodies that have reeked havoc over us for decades. I cannot thank Bill Stegmeier and Ron and Barbie Branson enough for their undying strength, courage and persistence in getting this development in J.A.I.L. accomplished. I hope you will email Bill and Ron and Barbie Branson and let them know of your appreciation for their hard work.
